This Cookies Policy explains how SkyHawker, together with its associated companies and parent entities ("SkyHawker", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on skyhawker.com, our apps, and our booking tools (the "Platform"). Read it with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. They let the site recognize your device, remember your preferences, and work correctly across pages and visits. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies:
- Pixels and tags: small pieces of code (for example, from advertising or analytics partners) that record activity.
- Web beacons: tiny graphics used to see whether content, such as an email, has been viewed.
- Local and session storage: data stored in your browser to help the Platform work.
- SDKs and device identifiers: used in our apps and, with IP and ad identifiers, to recognize devices.
Categories of cookies we use
Essential (strictly necessary)
Required for the Platform to work, including login, secure checkout, holding your booking session, security, and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
Functional & preference
Remember choices such as your currency (INR, USD, CAD and others), language, and recent flight or hotel searches.
Analytics & performance
Help us measure traffic, understand the booking funnel, and fix errors and bottlenecks. Set only with your consent where required.
Advertising & retargeting
Help us show relevant offers on the Platform and on third-party sites, remind you about searches you started, and measure campaigns. Set only with your consent where required, and they may share data with advertising partners.
Social media & session vs persistent
Social features may set cookies from networks like Meta, with your consent. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay for a set period or until you delete them (see Section 4 for durations).

Managing your preferences
Apart from essential cookies, we do not set cookies until you allow them. On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject all, or Customize by category, with equal prominence and no pre-ticked boxes. Change or withdraw your choices anytime through Cookie Settings in the footer; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and does not affect processing already carried out.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though blocking essential cookies may stop the booking and payment process from working. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. The older "Do Not Track" signal has no common standard, so we rely on GPC and our banner instead.
Children, updates & contact
We do not use non-essential or advertising cookies to build profiles of, or to target, users we know to be children, and we obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent where the law requires it. We may update this policy as our Platform, partners or the law change, and will update the "Last updated" date and seek consent again for material changes. Questions: privacy@skyhawker.com.
